2010-2011 SOUTH FISH CREEK BASKETBALL

EVALUATION SCHEDULE

Please note, the times listed below are only for the
FIRST EVALUATION TIME.
Age group coordinators will advise you of when and
where players will return for their remianing evaluations
by email after the previous sessions.

Note that players will not be required, in most age groups,
to attend the entire time listed below.  Players are broken up
into groups based on registration numbers and slotted into
time slots within what is listed below. 

All first evaluation times will be emailed to players.

Registration closes Aug. 31st.  If you haven't heard within a couple of days prior to the times listed below,  please refer to our list of volunteers, and contact the appropriate age group coordinator.  

When you come to your first evaluation time, please remember to bring the
required documents that you have been asked to provide, or you will be
refused entry to the gym.

You will need to bring with you:
A photocopy of your current community membership card
A photocopy of proof of players age,
  either Alta Health Care, passport, Birth Certificate, (we just need one)
A cheque postedated to Mar. 31st, 2011 for $100.00, this is the uniform deposit.

Some players have submitted all of the above, some partial, so please
complete your registration as requested by your age group coordinator.

Players need to be in a t-shirt and shorts with no pockets,
and have non marking running shoes.
Please bring a water bottle. 
Arrive at least 15 minutes to check in and get assigned
a pinnie, and hand in appropriate paperwork.
Late arrivals may not be allowed entry to the gym.

NOTE:  Parents will NOT BE ALLOWED into the gyms to watch the evaluations.
This will be strictly enforced.
